AmLoree Boutique is happy to refund your money if you are not satisfied with an item. Items you are returning must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item back, you will be reimbursed, which may take up to 10 business days. Please affix your name and order number to the package when mailing back. Please also note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping on all orders is always FREE! Once your order receives a tracking number and has been delivered, AmLoree Boutique is no longer responsible for your purchased item(s), and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise, or delays in shipping. If your order is considered "delivered" via tracking number, it is your responsibility to reach out to USPS if necessary. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing any lost or stolen merchandise.
Merchandise can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged, and only if the tags are still in tact. There should be no signs of wear, including make-up stains or deodorant marks. AmLoree Boutique cannot accept an exchange or return, and will not process a refund on products because of damages as a result of the removal of clothing tags. Please use caution when removing merchandise tags (if applicable), and please wash clothing according to instructions on product tag. Returns that are received and do not meet the above criteria are subject to a $19.95 shipping and handling fee to be returned to you, in which you will receive an invoice that will need to be paid within 3 days. We reserve the right to reject any items returned to us.
Exchanges are not guaranteed as we have limited product. If you are looking for an exchange, please EMAIL us at email@example.com so that we can confirm if we have product availability. If we confirm, please include a note in the package you are sending back so we know it is an exchange, along with your name and order number. Any exchanges will not be sent out until item being exchanged is received. Exchanged merchandise must meet the same guidelines as returns. You are responsible for paying any shipping fees to send an item back.
Shipping and handling of all returns and exchanges is the buyers’ responsibility. It is recommended to always get a tracking number when shipping an item back for return or exchange so that you have a way of tracking your item with the post office/carrier if needed. Shipping costs are non-refundable when returning/exchanging an item.
Instructions for Receiving Your Free Return Shipping Label
If you would like to take advantage of our stress-free return option and receive a FREE return shipping label, please follow the below instructions:
1. If your return meets our return/exchange requirements, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with "Return Label Request" as your subject line. If the item is being returned due to it being damaged upon delivery, please be sure to follow the instructions for Damaged/Defective Items as well.
2. Once we receive your email, we will email you back with the link for your return label. You will just need to follow the instructions - print, affix to package (covering up any existing shipping labels), and ship with the appropriate carrier (most likely USPS). If you cannot ship via USPS, you will need to pay to send the item(s) back.
3. Again, please be sure that the return/exchange criteria are met, and remember that there are no returns on final sale items.
Purchases That Are Final
All sale, clearance, last chance, or markdown purchases are FINAL and no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation date. If an item is damaged, please complete the items below:
-Take a picture of the damaged area on the merchandise
-Email the picture to email@example.com, indicating "Damaged" in the subject line. Be sure to include your name, order number, and product name.
